Common questions about my services and expertise
Timelines vary by service. Consultations are flexible and can be scheduled as needed. Web development projects typically take 2-4 weeks. Automation workflows range from 1-3 weeks. Creative media projects vary from 3-5 days for animation to 1-2 weeks for complex interactive media. Each service detail page shows the expected timeline.
After you purchase, you'll receive a welcome email with your account credentials and a link to set up your password. You'll then have access to the Customer Panel where you can view project details, schedule appointments, and track progress. For most projects, we'll schedule a kickoff call within 24-48 hours to discuss your goals and gather requirements.
Communication happens through multiple channels: scheduled video calls for strategy and updates, email for detailed information and deliverables, and the Customer Panel for project tracking. I'll keep you updated on progress and notify you of any milestones or decisions needed from you.
Most projects follow this flow: 

(1) Discovery/Kickoff - understand your goals and requirements, 
(2) Strategy & Planning - outline approach and timeline, 
(3) Development/Creation - build the deliverables, 
(4) Review & Feedback - you review and provide feedback, 
(5) Revisions - I refine based on your input, 
(6) Launch/Delivery - final handoff and training if needed.
You can reschedule through the Customer Panel with at least 24 hours notice. If you need to reschedule with less notice, contact me directly and I'll do my best to accommodate. Recurring consultations can be adjusted as needed.
Yes. For most projects (especially web development, automation, and data tools), I provide training on how to use and maintain what we've built. This can be done via video call, screen sharing, or documentation depending on the complexity and your preference.

What to expect during your engagement
I accept all major payment methods through Stripe, including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Stripe handles all payment processing securely.
Yes. For larger projects, I offer flexible payment options: pay in full upfront for a small discount, or split payments (50% upfront, 50% at project completion). Custom payment arrangements may be available for enterprise projects—contact me to discuss.
Yes. Paying the full amount upfront typically saves you 5-10% compared to payment plan pricing. The exact discount is shown during checkout.
You can absolutely add services or expand scope. Additional work will be quoted separately and added to your project. Contact me to discuss what you'd like to add, and I'll provide a quote and timeline.
Yes. If you purchase multiple services or a package (like the Web Package), you'll receive bundled pricing that's better than purchasing services individually. Check the Services page for package options.
No. The price you see is the price you pay. This includes all work, revisions (within scope), and delivery. Stripe may charge a small payment processing fee depending on your payment method, but this is transparent at checkout.
You'll receive an invoice immediately after purchase. For payment plan arrangements, you'll receive the first invoice at purchase and the second invoice when the final payment is due.

The Site Audit includes a comprehensive analysis of: performance (speed, optimization), SEO (keywords, structure, metadata), security (SSL, vulnerabilities), accessibility (WCAG compliance), user experience (navigation, design), and technical health. You'll receive a detailed report with actionable recommendations ranked by priority.
A.I. Consultation ($150/hr) focuses on artificial intelligence strategy, tool selection, workflow integration, and implementation planning. Web Consultation ($125/hr) covers web strategy, technology selection, platform decisions, and digital marketing. Both are hourly and flexible—book as many hours as you need.
I work with modern automation platforms including Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), Google Workspace, and custom solutions using Google Apps Script. The tool selection depends on your specific needs and integrations.
Charts & Reports includes: data audit and strategy, dashboard design, LookerStudio/Tableau setup, automated report creation, AI-powered insights (using Google Gemini), and email/PDF report automation. The starting price includes one comprehensive dashboard and one automated report.
Absolutely. 2D animations are perfect for social media content, explainer videos, and brand storytelling. The starting price is $800 for a 30-second animation, with custom quotes for longer or more complex projects.

You'll receive a link in your welcome email. Simply click the link, log in with your credentials, and you'll have access to your project dashboard, appointment calendar, and deliverables.
On the Customer Panel login page, click 'Forgot Password' and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Click the link and create a new password.

Technical & Support

Technical questions and customer support
Most services include 2-3 rounds of revisions within the original scope. This means feedback and adjustments to the deliverables we discussed. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are available at $75/hour.
A revision is adjusting existing work (e.g., 'change the button color' or 'rewrite this section'). A scope change is adding new features or work not in the original agreement (e.g., 'add a new page' or 'integrate a new tool'). Scope changes are quoted separately.
Absolutely. I can add features or expand the project. Additional work is quoted separately based on complexity and time required. For websites, common add-ons include e-commerce, blog setup, advanced integrations, and more.
Revision requests should be submitted within 14 days of delivery. After that, additional changes are considered new projects and quoted separately.
Major redesigns or significant changes after delivery are typically handled as new projects with separate quotes. However, I'm happy to discuss options and may be able to create a custom package for ongoing work.

Your data is treated with utmost confidentiality. All project files, customer information, and communications are stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Data is never shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
Yes. I comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant privacy regulations. Your personal data is processed only for the purposes of delivering services. You have the right to access, modify, or delete your data at any time.
Project files are stored securely in the cloud using encrypted storage services. You have access to all deliverables through the Customer Panel. Upon project completion, you own all deliverables and can download them anytime.
Yes. I'm happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement for sensitive projects. Contact me to discuss the terms.
Your data remains accessible to you indefinitely. You can download all deliverables and project files from the Customer Panel. I retain backups for 90 days after project completion, then securely delete them.
I only use projects as portfolio examples with explicit written permission. You can opt out at any time. If you allow me to feature your project, I'll anonymize sensitive information.

Data & Privacy

Data handling, privacy, and security
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if work hasn't begun. After work has started, refunds are prorated based on work completed. If you're unsatisfied with the work, contact me and we'll work toward a solution.
Yes. If you need to cancel after work has begun, you'll be charged for work completed to date plus any non-refundable expenses. Contact me to discuss cancellation and we'll settle the final amount.
I'm committed to your satisfaction. If you're unhappy with the deliverables, let me know immediately. We'll discuss your concerns and work toward a solution, which may include revisions, adjustments, or in rare cases, a partial refund.
For consultations, please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel. Cancellations with less notice may be charged. Rescheduling is always free with adequate notice.
I take scheduled meetings seriously. If I miss a meeting due to an emergency, I'll contact you immediately to reschedule. You'll receive a credit or discount on your project as an apology.
